TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that The Fuse Box, incorrectly price an item, we hold the right to cancel any orders or shipments even if already charged to a credit card. Any payments made with the incorrect cost will be credited back into the credit card. If a product is brought and it is out of stock, The Fuse Box hold the right to refund or cancel this order or replace with a similar item.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Fusebox Auto Electrics currently ships within New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer simple, fixed shipping rates:

Standard items: $10 flat rate
Car batteries: $25 flat rate

You can collect your order from either of our locations:

Once your order is ready, we will notify you for pickup.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and courier services:

Estimated delivery: 3 to 14 working days

Some items may be dispatched sooner if in stock, while others may take longer if sourced from suppliers.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Change of mind (no fault):

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchasing.

Intended Use & Suitability

Products that are correctly described and supplied, but later found to be unsuitable for the customer’s intended use, are not eligible for refund. At our discretion, we may accept a return in unused and unopened condition, in which case a store credit only will be provided.

After dispatch:

Returns for change of mind are at our discretion. You must cover the return freight, and a store credit will be issued once the product is returned unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.

Restocking (where applicable):

Where packaging has been opened or special handling is required, we may charge a reasonable restocking fee of $30 to cover actual costs.

Non-returnable/non-refundable items (unless faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993):

How to request a return:
Email sales@thefusebox.co.nz with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase may be required.

Faulty or misdescribed products:
If a product is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 by repairing, replacing, or refunding as appropriate. We will cover reasonable costs to put things right. If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, you must advise us in writing within 5 days of the goods being shipped from our distribution centre. If we do not receive notice in writing within this timeframe, the delivered goods will be deemed to be correct.

Once returned goods have been verified as damaged or incorrect compared to your order, we will ship replacement goods to you as soon as possible thereafter.

RISK OF LOSS

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If you arrange your own carrier, risk passes to you once the goods are collected from us.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

The Fuse Box and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, The Fuse Box does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by The Fuse Box itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
